Shahana Khan

Shahana Khan began her professional journey in Human Resources Management after earning a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, USA, in 2006. Over the next decade, she built a strong corporate career, culminating in her role as National HR Director at L’Oréal Pakistan. Her leadership in the corporate world was marked by strategic HR development, team building, and organizational growth.

In 2018, Shahana transitioned into the field of psychotherapeutic counselling, driven by a passion for mental health and human well-being. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Pakistan and currently practices as a licensed counsellor and clinical supervisor.

At Rahat Kada, Shahana brings together her dual expertise in HR and mental health. She oversees human resource management, staff welfare, and recruitment processes, while also providing mental health support, counselling, and supervision for caregivers, staff, and families. Her work ensures a compassionate, professional, and emotionally aware environment within the hospice.
